We use organic, regenerative, and pasture-raised ingredients to create healing meals for the mind, body, and soul. Everything arrives frozen, ready for the freezer.  Simply thaw, reheat low and slow, and enjoy.

The soup, stew, and congees contain 1.75lbs of food in each container, perfect for gifting.
